ABOUT

As an independent artist, I rely heavily on the kindness, generosity, and support of my fans, friends, and family. I don't have a record label or marketing department to hand me thousands of dollars, but that's okay, because if I did, I'd have to give up my creative control.  I want to thank each and every one of these Album Angels for their support of Crimson Daughter and for their appreciation for independent music.  A huge thank you and hugs to:

Special thanks also goes out to....

My husband and best friend Matt, who had to listen to me obsessively recording and mixing this album almost every night for 6 months in our small apartment. Thank you for your love, ideas, support, holding me when I cried through this whole thing, and for your awesome bass playing on several tracks.

Erin Flynn, for your beautiful fiddle playing on Picton PIckin'.  I really miss playing in Mythica with you. Love you.

To my other bandmates in Delaware and Denver - Laura, John, and Tim. You guys made me the musician I am today. I miss and love you.

Jordan Jenkins, for your inspiring talent and creativity, for being the catalyst for this album, and for working so fluidly and openly with me.

Jess Lowcher, for the amazing photography you did for the album. Thanks for all the laughs and for your fun loving, determined spirit.

Marc Moss and Will Inglis, who taught me everything I know about audio engineering and music production.

The musicians who I've never met, and who don't know me from Adam, but who massively impacted my life, especially Tori Amos, whose songs about her miscarriages carried me through my own, and Steven Wilson, who sat down next to me on a bus in a dream last year and said I needed to get my shit together to chase my musical dreams, or else I wasn't worthy of my guitar and I was just a hack.

THANK YOU!
